That being said

Yesterday I mentioned that all the bosses were going to be much easier and nerfed and such. While that is still the truth and its true that from the looks of things players got buffed(pugged Gruul with only 20 people, 3 of which were healers plus 6 of which were tanks, and one shot him in 4 growths[mostly t4 quality people]) there are a lot of mechanics people will need to work out too, which is another great reason to continue raiding.

First, potion cooldown. All those healers and hunters and whomever else who chug potions, guess what? You can only use one potion per fight. Yep thats right, that 2 minute cooldown has now become a whole fight cooldown. Potion Mastery Alchemists just started crying, I know.

Second, downranking of spells has gone the way of the Dodo. That means all those healers who were spamming you with chain heal rank 1 to get you through Hyjal now have to use their number one mana sucking top level heal.

Thirdly, a lot of your favorite buffs are going away. Survival Hunters greatest addition to the raid, Expose Weakness, yeah thats a self only buff now. Drums have a 2 minute cooldown on you, which means no more stacking them to help you get stuff down. Shadow Priest's have become less of a mana battery. And the list goes on.

Fourthly, while aura's and such are now raid wide, many buffs do not stack anymore like they currently do.

This all sounds like they just made everything impossible but it's just mechanic changes. Some of the stuff we rely on now was never intended the way it's used(IE- Chaining of drums) so they tweaked it. Level 70 raiding is about to change dramatically but if you have people who can adapt fast enough you should have no issue getting stuff down.
